Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations work for Reptopia deposit-based pre-orders.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet ready to ship. For deposit-based pre-orders, we collect a deposit at checkout and securely store your payment method. The remaining balance will be charged before shipment.

Deposit-based pre-order cancellations

You may cancel your deposit-based pre-order within 7 days of placing the order and receive a refund of your deposit.

To request cancellation, please contact contact@reptopia.online with your order number. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the date the pre-order was placed.

After this 7-day period, the deposit becomes non-refundable because it helps secure production capacity, inventory planning, payment processing, and order administration.

You may still cancel your pre-order before the remaining balance is charged, but the deposit will not be refunded unless required by applicable consumer law.

Remaining balance

Before the remaining balance is charged, we will provide the relevant payment and shipping information through Shopify checkout, order notifications, or customer account communications.

Once the remaining balance has been charged and the order has been fulfilled or shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. You may still request a return or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under applicable consumer law.

Shipping timeline

Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page and may change due to production, logistics, customs clearance, or other factors outside our direct control.

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email and provide a revised estimated shipping date. If we are unable to supply the product, or if you do not accept a significant delay, you may cancel your pre-order and receive a refund of amounts paid in accordance with applicable law.

Pre-order discount

Pre-order discounts are only available for orders completed during the pre-order period.
